The Ferrand Residence in New Braunfels, Texas, is a modern hillside renovation that blends 1940s stone architecture with contemporary design. The Emerson Residence in Dallas, Texas, is a modern renovation of a 1940s post-war home in the Greenway Parks neighborhood. Preserving the original stone structure and footprint, this redesigned single-family residence introduces sculptural ceilings, light monitors, and a central stairwell that floods the interior with natural light.
